# Privacy Policy

Welcome to **HKTRPG** (hereinafter “the Organization”). To help you use our services and information with confidence, this Privacy Policy explains how we protect your rights. Please read the following carefully:

**1. Scope of This Privacy Policy**

This Privacy Policy covers how the Organization handles personally identifiable information collected when you use our services. It does not apply to linked external websites or to persons not commissioned or managed by the Organization.

**2. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data**

When you visit the Organization or use its features, we may ask you to provide necessary personal data depending on the service. We process and use your data only within the scope of that purpose; without your written consent, we will not use personal data for other purposes.

When you use interactive or database features in the HKTRPG bot or website, we may retain usernames, IDs, and usage times that you or your platform (including but not limited to Discord, LINE, Telegram, and WhatsApp) provide.

During normal use, the server may record related activity anonymously for statistics to improve our services.\
To provide accurate services, we analyze collected information. Statistical results or descriptive text may be published when needed, but will not identify specific individuals.

You may request correction or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold. See the contact information at the bottom.

**3. Data Protection**

Our servers use firewalls and other security measures to protect the Organization and your personal data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.\
When we must entrust other parties to provide services, we require strict confidentiality obligations and take necessary checks to ensure compliance.

The Organization may provide links to other websites. You may also reach other sites through our links. Those sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy; please refer to their own privacy policies.

**5. Policy on Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties**

The Organization will not provide, exchange, rent, or sell your personal data to other individuals, groups, private enterprises, or public agencies, except where required by law or contract.

When the Organization commissions vendors to collect, process, or use your personal data, we supervise them responsibly.
